Dylan Lee & Company

Storefront & commercial window cleaning · Smith Mountain Lake & Franklin County

Your front glass, on a route.

Your windows are the first thing customers see, and the easiest thing to let slide on a busy week. I put your business on a set route — weekly, every other week or monthly — and show up on the same day every cycle. You don’t call, you don’t chase. It just stays clean.

What a visit covers

The glass customers actually look at.

  • Exterior storefront glassEvery pane you can see from the sidewalk or lot.
  • Interior storefront glassDone on your schedule, around open hours.
  • Entry doorsHandprints and smudges, inside and out.
  • Frames & sillsWiped down, not just the glass.
  • Signage glassLettered and signed panes cleaned by hand.
  • Display casesWhere you want them included.

Every site is quoted on its own. Tell me what you want included and it goes in the written quote, so we both know exactly what a visit is.

Common questions

Before you sign up.

Do I need to be there?

No. Visits are scheduled around your business hours, and I’ll text before I arrive and when I’m done.

How is it priced?

Per visit, in writing, before the first clean. The price depends on your glass and how often you want it done. No upsell.

What happens if it rains?

If weather moves a visit, I’ll reach out to reschedule.

Can you send a certificate of insurance?

Yes. A COI, W-9 and business license are available on request. Use the vendor request form or just ask.

Who actually does the work?

I do. I’m the one who quotes the job, the one on the ladder, and the one you text when something’s not right. No crews, no subcontractors.

Where the route runs.

Rocky Mount · Moneta · Westlake · Hardy · Huddleston · Burnt Chimney · Wirtz — storefronts across Franklin & Bedford counties, plus Roanoke & Salem. Just ask.
