Special properties & facilities

Every site gets its own plan.

No two properties run the same way. Before any work starts I walk the site with you, learn how it operates and build the service around it. Here’s what that looks like for different kinds of places.

Restaurants & drive-thrus

Service scheduled around your rush. Grease-stained pads and entries pressure washed, front glass and doors on a steady schedule so the place always looks cared for.

Storefronts & retail centers

Recurring routes for every unit in the center, scheduled to keep disruption to shoppers to a minimum. One invoice per property, or split by tenant if that’s what you need.

Offices & medical buildings

Work scheduled around patient and client hours. Quiet, careful and in and out, with entry glass kept spotless for the people walking in.

HOAs & lake communities

Clubhouses, pool houses, mailbox kiosks, sidewalks and common-area glass on one calendar. Notice to residents handled however your board prefers.

Rentals & seasonal homes

Visits timed between guest turnovers and before the season opens. Photo reports so the owner or manager can see the property is ready without driving out.

Marinas, docks & waterfront

Docks, boardwalks and waterfront glass cleaned with care for the lake. I’ll talk through methods and runoff with you before starting.

Historic & downtown buildings

Older glass, arched and divided-light windows and delicate trim handled by hand. Low-pressure methods only on surfaces that can’t take more.

Something else?

Churches, schools, event venues or a site with its own rules. Tell me how it runs and I’ll put together a plan that fits.
