Professional holiday lighting · Smith Mountain Lake & Roanoke
Your rooflines, glowing.
Warm white lights on every roofline, measured and cut to fit your house. I hang them, keep them working through the season, then take them down and store them for next year. You never touch a ladder or a tangled strand.

How it works
Design. Cut. Maintain. Store.
- 01
Design
I look at your house and lay out the rooflines worth lighting, so it reads clean from the street or the water.
- 02
Cut
Lights are cut to the exact length of each run. No sagging extra, no doubled-up strands, no cords hanging off the gutter.
- 03
Maintain
If a bulb or a section goes dark during the season, text me and I’ll come fix it.
- 04
Store
After the holidays I take everything down, label it by roofline and store it, so next year goes up faster.
This season
One thing, done right.
This year I’m keeping it simple: rooflines only, warm white, hung neatly and kept working. Most homes are priced by the length and height of the rooflines. Text me a photo or I’ll come measure, and you get a price in writing before anything goes up.

Common questions
Before you book.
What does it cost?
Rooflines start at $700. The final price depends on how many feet of roofline you have and how high it is. Text me a photo of the front of your house and I’ll give you a price in writing.
What’s included?
Design, lights cut to fit your rooflines, installation, a timer set so your lights turn on and off on their own, fixes during the season if anything goes out, takedown after the holidays, and storage until next year.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your install date and covers materials, and the balance is due on install day. Once your install is scheduled, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, because your lights are cut to fit your house.
When do the lights go up and come down?
Installs happen in November, before the weather turns. Takedown is in January. Since I do every install myself, the calendar fills up, so book early.
Can you clean the gutters first?
Yes, and it’s a good idea. The gutters get cleared first, then the lights go up on clean gutters on the same visit.
Who actually does the work?
I do. Dylan Lee & Company is owner-operated, so the person who designs your lights is the person who hangs them.
