Lake lots are full of trees, and gutters fill up fast after leaf drop. I clear them by hand, bag the debris, and check every downspout for flow, so water goes where it’s supposed to instead of over the edge.

How often should gutters be cleaned?
Most homes around the lake need it at least once a year, after the leaves come down. Houses under a lot of trees usually need spring and fall. I’ll tell you honestly which one your house needs.
What does it cost?
It depends on the length of the gutter runs, the height of the house and how full they are. Text me a few photos or I’ll come look, and you get a price in writing before anything starts.
Can you do the windows the same day?
Yes. Gutters, windows and soft washing can all be done on one visit, and that’s how the estate care plans work.
Who actually does the work?
I do. Dylan Lee & Company is owner-operated, so the person who quotes the job is the person on the ladder.
